Crow Garlic!
The bulbils/seed pods are in full swing right now! They are a super tasty, crunchy onion snack that is great to eat raw in salads or to sprinkle over meals to give it that onion pop. The whole plant is edible and Is basically a wild chive.
Of course, I’ve just pickled a jars worth of bulbils, I can only imagine how wonderful they will taste in a few weeks from now!
This plant is known to help purify the blood and to reduce blood pressure.
Look out for these purple treats, floating about the grassland.
