At Forage for Knowledge, each incense resin blend is handmade in small batches using natural resins, herbs, and foraged ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, we kindly ask that you read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.
Incense Resin Blends (Consumable Products)
Because incense resin blends are burnable, consumable, and handmade, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been opened or used.
We will, however, happily offer a refund or replacement if:
- Your item arrives damaged, or
- You receive the wrong item
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Consumable Items (Burners, Charcoal Discs, Tongs)
Unused and unopened non-consumable items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition and packaging
How to Request a Return or Refund
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of any damage (including packaging, if possible)
This helps us resolve your issue quickly and fairly.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and, where applicable, received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow several working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used incense resin blends
- Items returned outside the 7-day period
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
