Behold the mighty Heal All!
This abundant purple and green beauty has been used as medicine for centuries.
It gets it’s name due to the fact that it has such a wide range of uses, and is used to help and heal all sorts of different ailments from herpes to cancer. Heal all also boasts of having anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
Heal all is a member of the mint family and the whole plant is edible. Great to add to salads or to make a lovely cup of tea. Extracts of the plant are also widely sold in the form of supplements. It also works wonders for the skin and is a great one to make into healing skin creams.
It’s such a beautiful plant that sings the song of summer while the insects dance to it’s melody! Be sure to add it to your diet and allow this little powerful plant of joy to work it’s magic!
It’s found all over the place, you more than likely have it growing in your garden right now. If not any grassland will likely have it growing, waiting for you to harvest.
