White clover has a long list of medicinal quality’s that herbalists have been using for centuries. From purifying the blood to strengthening the immune system and lots more in between.

It’s a great one added to salads and cooked as a leafy vegetable. The dried heads of flower and seedpods can be grounded to a nutritious flour or can be used as an herbal tea. Tinctures can be made from the leaves also.

White clover is a very common plant that you will find in all kinds of grassy areas in the UK.
