Description
Some people find brass tongs easier to use when lighting a charcoal tablet, as they allow it to be lit from any angle. Charcoal tablets are coated with a special material, enabling them to be ignited using either a lighter or a match. The coating sparks across the surface of the charcoal, after which it should be placed in a burner and left for a few minutes until it begins to heat through. The charcoal becomes extremely hot and may glow red, so great care must be taken.
Once lit, incense can be placed onto the tablet using the tongs, allowing it to burn as incense and release the magical aromas. Additional incense can be added as needed.
The tongs also feature a keyring loop at the end, making it easy to hang them up safely when not in use.
