Fuchsia!
A beautiful abundant flower that is perfectly edible and makes a wonderful decoration to your meals! The berries are also edible and very tasty. Fuchsia berries are high in Vitamin C and antioxidants. They’re enjoyed fresh or used in recipes such as jams and various puddings.
Many of you with gardens will be familiar with fuchsia and probably have a variety of the genus growing already. Don’t let them go to waste, jazz up some of your favourite dishes with this little beauty!
